Our premises are based in Hallatrow, between Bristol, Bath and Wells. We have a fully-equipped workshop, large showroom and stores providing a reliable service to the local community and neighbouring counties. Our expertise extends from domestic garden machinery, such as lawnmowers, hedge cutters, strimmers and chainsaws etc. right up to the largest hydraulically-powered ride-on grass-care equipment used by local authorities and compact tractors.

As well as the many varied domestic machinery franchises we hold, we are proud to be associated with Dennis and Sisis professional turf-care equipment and are regularly invited by schools, colleges, universities, sports clubs and associations to visit sites with demonstration equipment to ensure the correct machine is purchased for the application. Our prices are always very competitive and our after-sales service is second-to-none.

OUR GARDEN MACHINERY SERVICES

Our workshop facilities enable us to maintain all manner of horticultural equipment, whether they were originally sold by us or not. We have in-house cylinder and bottom-blade grinding facilities for sharpening cylinder mowers, used widely up and down the country on such areas as: bowling greens, tennis courts, cricket squares and football pitches etc. We have chainsaw sharpening facilities and hydraulic vehicle lifts to aid us in the maintenance of the larger machines, such as compact tractors and ride-on mowers, which regularly come through our door. We pride ourselves in our ability to respond quickly to emergency breakdowns and are often able to collect, repair and return a machine to site the same day when necessary. We have a well-stocked showroom selling all manner of garden and sportsground machinery. We encourage potential customers to visit our shop to see for themselves the vast array of machines on display and to seek expert advice to ensure the correct machine is purchased within a specific budget. We are fully aware of the need to remain competitive in this market, which is increasingly affected by on-line trading.

Customers can have full assurance that they will not be over-paying simply because they choose to support their local dealership. More and more people are now visiting our showroom brandishing pieces of paper with the details of the machines they are interested in purchasing and the prices they are expecting to pay after having read about them online. We welcome the fact that they have taken the trouble to visit us, and we will always do all we can to remain competitive and we are, more often than not, able to match the prices on offer elsewhere.

Customers have the added benefit of knowing they’ve received all necessary advice prior to purchase, the machines have been assembled and tested prior to hand-over and they have security in the knowledge that, should anything go wrong, both during the warranty period, and far beyond, our after-sales service is on hand to rectify any issues quickly and with the minimum of fuss.
